Absolutely love this ebike. Has every bell and whistle we were looking for at an unbeatable price. My teen loves the look and gets compliments every time he heads across town to the basketball courts or the beach. We love it so much, in fact, that we bought a second bike for me! The magnum 2.0 has very low drag! Battery charge does last a long time about 5 day’s plus! Very easy to remove the rims to fix a flat.. overall, very happy with the bike! Also, bought bike liners to help prevent flat tires..
I am writing to share my experience with Magnum's EXCELLENT customer service. I've had to reach to their service department a couple of times now. The first time was when a few parts were damaged with the shipping of my bike. The second time was for a replacement part I lost. BOTH experiences were beyond satisfying. My replacement items were shipped promptly and customer service was most pleasant to deal with. I've heard horror stories of people who bought bikes online, then cannot get in touch with manufacturers for issues and parts. No bike shop carries parts for ALL brands. It is SOooo reassuring to deal with a company who stands behind their product. Magnum.... you are the BEST!
I’m a handy older female. Easy to assemble but needed another set of hands to put the front wheel on. Had a broken brake cable and they sent another one promptly when I reached support. The bike is awesome! I bought another one a few days later so my family can join me on rides. We all are enjoying the bikes very much. Be aware the bikes are heavy so if putting on a rack I suggest one with a ramp or get an Easy Caddy Lift.

This e-bike is awesome! It is perfect for me in my age range in my 60s. Right out of the box it was pretty simple to assemble. The control display is easy to read and set up. The handle bar is easy to adjust so that it is just the right height for the individual rider. The seat is wide with springs and very comfortable while riding. It has a throttle control for times when you need an immediate boost. The ride is really smooth due to the adjustable shocks and very sturdy because of the fat tires. The battery lasts for over 50 miles which is really nice and easy to recharge without removing it. Best e-bike ever!
This is my third e-bike, so I'm no newbie, and I absolutely LOVE this one. The fact that it's backed by Costco just seals the deal – you can't go wrong with that peace of mind. I'm a 64-year-old woman, and I chose the Magnum because I was tired of waiting for parts for my previous bike. This bike is exceptionally well-built with quality components, a comfortable seat, and easy-to-grip handles. It's sturdy without being over-engineered or overly complicated – exactly what a good cruiser should be. Assembly Experience: - I assembled the bike myself in about 2 hours. It would have been quicker if I'd watched the assembly video from the start, but I jumped in without watching it first and had to undo and redo a few steps. Assembly Tips: 1. Watch the assembly video and follow the steps in order. 2. Take your time and pay attention to details, like ensuring the cables from the handlebars are free to move so you can turn without the cables getting tangled. I had to reinstall the handlebars because of this oversight. 3. The ON switch is a bit hidden – it's located under the down arrow. You're welcome! 4. Without a second person to help, I found it handy to place the front wheel between two full trash bins while tightening everything. This bike has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-made e-bike.
My wife loves her Low-Rider! She most definitely “Feels the Power”. The overall construction of this bike is superior to any other bikes I have owned/researched for possible purchase. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this bike! The construction of this Magnum Ranger is excellent all the way down to the welds. The attachment tabs/points are placed as to accommodate the rider i.e. drink bottle rack, saddle bags, front rack. The controls are readily accessible and labeled for easy identification. Love riding this bike, I haven’t driven my car since I picked up my bike. Thank you Magnum for a superior product.
I loved my low rider 2.0 so much I bought 2 so friends and family could play with me-
We have had the opportunity to ride both bikes Magnum Cosmo 2.0 and the Magnum Edge for a few weeks now and we really enjoy them. Great quality bikes, the only thing we didn’t like was the seats so we upgraded them to a larger gel seat fits your bottom a lot better and softer for your tushie on those bumpy roads. Also on the Maximum Edge model we had to add fenders which has been a challenge since you have to remove the rear tire to attach the rear fender. Other than those 2 things we really love our e bikes.
Great California coastal cruiser!
We bought our Magnum Cosmo 2.0 bikes about two weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier. The bikes were easy to assemble following their video instructions, and when we did have a small issue, (the bracket screw that holds the headlight in place was stripped and wouldn’t tighten) we contacted Magnum and they immediately shipped out the replacement bracket at no charge. Everything on this bike seems to be adjustable for rider comfort; the seat, the handlebars, the position of both the throttle and PAS controller, the brake levers, and the headlight position…all adjustable! At 77, my husband and I are what we like to call ‘on the back nine’ so I was a little nervous about riding an e-bike especially because I hadn’t been on ANY bike in years…I shouldn’t have been. This is a great bike for any level of rider. You can go as fast or as slow as you want. You can get as much or as little exercise as you want. You can choose to ride the Cosmo 2.0 like a regular bike or use any of the 6 peddle assist modes to make peddling easier. (The bike comes standard with 5 assist modes but by entering a code found in the video tutorial you can increase to a 6th mode called boost plus). At 5’1” and 109 pounds I’d be less than honest if I didn’t mention that this bike is a little heavy, but I’ve been researching and almost every e-bike out there is a little heavy, it’s just the nature of the beast. I honestly do not notice the weight at all when riding, it’s just mainly getting it from the bedroom out the front door where I notice she’s a little heavy! As a new rider I don’t have a ton of experience with e-bikes but I can tell you that I am very happy with the Magnum Cosmo 2.0 e-bike and both my husband and I would highly recommend it.

This bike has been worth every penny I spent. As a 315 lb dude, I was surprised to find out I can not only reached the 50-mile range, but actually surpass it a little bit. My only complaint is the seat is a little uncomfortable, but I'm looking at options at the Magnum store in Salt lake.
I love my bike- I have not rode a bike in over 15 yrs pry more but I wanted to get this one because it’s electric & if I go on a bike ride I won’t be discouraged because I know I’ll make it back with the assistance from It being electric. I’m looking forward to many more bike rides. My kids think it’s funny that I got a bike. We all like it & take turns on it when we get together.
Love this bike! I use it daily to and from work. 4 miles round trip. It was a little learning curve for me as it's my first ever time on a e-bike but I love it. I'm 280 pounds and the bike does great and goes very fast for me. I recommend this baby!

Finally was able to take my 2.0 out for exploration ride over the Blue Heron Bridge and explore the area. The bike was great the speed, handling and battery consumption was outstanding. The Bike is well built and everything i was hoping for with an e-bike. The adventures have begun. This is our second Magnum bike as my wife has the Navigator X.

This has been a first time experience for me to own electric bike. I believe I made a good choice in choosing the Magnum bike. The videos that are provided to help with assembly very good. I appreciated the quick responses to my emails when ordering the basket it was delivered on time. Very easy to install was wondering if you have a basket for the back of the bike? Thank you.
We love our magnum lowrider 2 bike and especially the basket. Well made, sturdy and stylish, and is great for clipping my portable speaker to . What more can you ask for?
We bought our Ranger 2.0 bikes a little over a year ago and have really enjoyed them. They are easy to ride and are comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. We actually need to invest in back up batteries so we can take them with us and travel further. We get a good ride out of one battery riding on a three setting….probably 40 miles. Having an extra battery would help extend that out to a full day of riding.

Tried several different e-bikes before purchase but the minute I sat on the Lowrider, I knew it was the bike for me! Still lil cold to ride much but have gotten a few rides in (nearly 100 mis!) and it’s definitely the funnest bike I’ve ever ridden! Magnum has been very responsive to the several emails I’ve already sent so am also very happy with their customer support. Can’t wait for spring!
Excellent build quality, nice and smooth welding points, sturdy frame and awesome black matte color. Definitely for taller people, nice upright riding position, beautiful and useful front rack, aluminum, color matched. Magnum offers more features standard for a lower price that other manufacturers charge you extra for, such as: metal fenders, color matched, integrated front and rear lights operated from the handlebars, throttle option on top of six levels of pedal assist, bigger screen, chain guard for your pants and color matched tires grips and seat. Definitely go to a local dealer for the best deal, professional assembly and test drive opportunity.
I have lower back issues and my local bike dealer suggested I take a look at the Magnum Cruiser. I ordered the Cruiser and It only took a few days to get it in. With the foot forward design and the soft seat I could ride it all day, it’s that comfortable. These bikes are built very tough and look great. Thank you Magnum for creating this bike, I didn’t think I would ever be able to take a long ride again, but now I can. On another note: when my wife saw my Magnum bike and how well it was built, she got a severe case of “Bike Envy” and immediately ordered a Magnum Cosmo+, and now she just loves her Magnum. Well I just bought my second Magnum bike so friends can go with me. They are fantastic and the customer service has been amazing. I wouldn't spend nearly 4 grand on 2 bikes if they weren't absolutely worth it. So far my brother, my boss, my girlfriend and my son all have come down to ride in the city with me. Everyone Loves it.... So much fun
I have the Magnum Ranger. I love this bike. Had a small issue with the controller but through the help of Magnum and Finger Lakes Electric Bikes got it all straightened out. Road around Keuka Lake this summer approximately 44 miles. Just incredible fun and exercise.

We have been riding magnum bikes for ten years. We will continue riding everyday that we can and hope our daughter loves this bike also.
I like everything about this bike, except it seems kinda heavy. Otherwise, the battery seems to last forever and it’s a very stable machine.
I bought two bikes at Costco and they were shipped to me. Both bikes were assembled by myself and husband who is an electrical engineer. We followed instructions and reassembled 3 times unable to stop a rubbing noise from the front wheel/brakes. I have contacted your company and they told me I need to take it to a shop to get it looked at and offered no reimbursement for the cost. E-Bike shops around San Diego are telling me/people NOT to buy your bike for this reason. You are not local company available for any potential issues. I'm currently NOT happy with your customer service.

For anyone with some bike mechanical experience it was easy to get ready to ride. It was boxed with great care with no damage or missing parts. The bike is about 65 lbs so not so hard to bounce around to assemble. The finish wasn’t glamorous but made for using,still very nice to look at. At 65lbs I feel like It will blast through a wall and still be ready for the next one. Top speed at 20mph is more than fast enough for an active 75 year old. I know you can pay more for a bike but with this one there is no need. It does all you want from it
