Part worked perfectly, although it took a week to get it.
$40 + shipping is too expensive for the same trigger found in Amazon for $14. The only difference was that Magnum switched the polarity of wiring to make it exclusive
Work's perfect..
I've had my Magnum electric bike for over 5 years now and it's still going strong despite the throttle needing to be replaced everything still works great. It was an easy swap to the new one

Just what we needed works great
It would be great if the proper size is used for connectors. I ordered a part for a 4 year old bike and was sent a replacement for the new model. Different connectors.
Great customer support and they helped me find my proper throttle
Christa was very helpful. She explained the differences between old and new throttle. New throttle was slightly wider, so a little adjustment of controls were needed.

Wrong throttle
Tough time getting it ordered. Customer service started out great and then died! I was told the throttles were in stock and was sent an order link which showed out of stock. I let them know and they said they would call me to place the order and asked for a good time to call. No call was ever received. I was finally able to get the order done myself and received it several days later. Follow up is not their strong suit!
Hello you people are the best ever! When i order a parts they are always the best ever the main thing what you say you're going to do. I don't have to worry, it's done. it's always a pleasure to speak with you on the phone when I order parts only negative thing. I wish you had a way to get him to me quicker as everyone knows when you're working on something and you need to park immediately and so aggravated to wait but when the parts come everything's better. thank you for the great job that you have been doing over the years of ordering parts from you. your bikes are great. you people are number one.
