Customer photo review of Peak T5

We bought the two e bikes for our 2 month western vacation. Left Florida for South Dakota. Upon arrival one of the bikes electronics was not working properly. The long trip and tight straps most likely the cause. Magnum's costumer service was fantastic ! In one day the replacement parts were out the door (free ). Pretty much plug and play to install, but I had a question on electronics correctly matching the the proper side of the battery . I was connected to a mechanic and boom back in service. Vacation was saved in 3 days.

Overall this bike is an excellent, well built solid bike. It has good power, a solid frame and a great design. Due to recovering from wrist surgery I have had to find a bike with a comfortable seating and hand position and this is perfect. Also the screen and the big tyres are good editions with the light. I'd say this is like the sabuaru outback of the E bike world. Excellent job guys 👍

Customer photo review of Rear Carrier Rack - Metro/Peak/Vertex

My riding friends cautioned me about not buying a mainstream market brand such as Cannondale, Specialize etc. for my first Electric Mountain Bike…Warning the gears may be clunky, brakes marginal, and the bike an overall cheap box-store quality. However, you buy what you can afford, and after much research, I selected Magnum Bikes with my target being under $3000. Magnum is a small company in the mountain biking mecca of Utah with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction….I always like to support small business. I bought the Magnum Peak T5 Mountain bike and my first ride immediately but all those concerns to rest…The Peak T5 is a SOLID Bike…..No rattles, no squeaks, it shifts quietly and smoothly and the hydraulic disk brakes have plenty of stopping power. I am very pleased with my purchase, it makes me feel like a kid again every time I ride it. Shout out to my local bike retailer..."Jason's Bikes" in Topton Pennsylvania, my go to bike mechanic and retailer, great selection, excellent customer service. I’m over 50 years old riding single track all my adult life. The 500-watt motor has allowed me to climb hills I could never climb on my traditional bike and allows me to fly up grueling steeps with no effort. Electric Bikes….I’m sold…No more acid lactate tired legs, and no more sucking wind…Normal rides of 4 miles are now 8 or 10 or 12 without getting tired. I love the look and style of the Peak T5, along with how sturdy it is…There is no “cheapness” about this bike whatsoever. The ego friendly handgrips are very comfortable. The shock is a bit stiff but has lock out and pre-load adjustments. The rear rack is extremely sturdy and adds to the rugged look. There is plenty of room for a rear seat bag and a triangle frame bag even with the battery. I only have two complaints: *The location of the water bottle on the top tube gets in the way when you stop with feet on the ground. However there is no other place Magnum could locate it. I attached it MacGyver style on the rear rack behind the seat, works well there. *The traction in mud and traction when riding on wet slant is less than stellar...The rear wheel slips out easily when wet but has good traction on dry trails…I don’t think it’s the tires or this bike….I feel it’s due to the weight of electric bikes in general (65lbs) with the heavy motor in the rear wheel. You don’t notice the weight thanks to the pedal assist power, but it does reduce how hard you can rip and corner on single-track when the trail is wet or muddy ... However, a small price to pay compared to the joy I have riding this bike on every ride….either single trail or rail trail. I Love it… Mark Sismour Kempton PA

Customer photo review of Peak T5

Great experience! My wife and I rented bikes from here 3 times in our five day vacation. We rented town bikes the first time, rode 20 miles of paved greenway path to Tempe lake and back. Then we came back two more times and rented mountain bikes and did the dirt trails. That was a lot of fun! Jeremy was super helpful and making this happen for us. This was one of the best things I did while visiting Scottsdale.

For USPS deliveries our area uses PO box. I included the po box number on the address but guess you failed to include it on the label so the rack was shipped then returned when the post office could not complete the delivery. Have not yet seen a credit to my account I tried calling Magnum service number but no answer not sure what next steps are needed to get the rack shipped as I still need it Larry

Very good customer service from Carter. Thank you.

Be prepared to be a bicycle mechanic, got it home and no electronics…called tech, very polite, walked me through some troubleshooting and determined I needed a new display and wire tree. They sent me the new parts, when I called back to ask how to install it is fairly involved and maybe I should just take it to a bike shop. I said who is responsible for that bill…she said I am! Since I have been unable to use the bike I can’t review its performance but be prepared to pay for any labor from day1. I would recommend buying from a company that has a real warranty.

Peak T7

My wife and I bought two T7's and absolutely love them. We enjoy the responsive torque sensor and long battery life not to mention the front suspension and hydraulic brakes. We have ridden them all over New Hampshire and Maine and highly recommend this bike.

Peak T7

Well built. Enjoy riding! It is everything I expected.

Peak T5

This is a fantastic e-bike! Unfortunately, after 15 months we had a problem with the battery that shorted out the controls...we called Magnum (they answered!) and explained the problem. Even outside the year warranty, Emily handled the matter quickly and efficiently, and (wait for it...) they replaced the entire bike! We could not be happier with the products made by Magnum, or with the customer service we received. Those in the industry who we have talked with even praise Magnum as being excellent to work with (also a great sign!). Thumbs way up for both of our e-bikes - Peak T5 and the CosmoX : )

Buying this E-bike and riding it has been better then I thought it would be

Store owner replied: Hi Brooke, Thanks for your purchase. We can't wait to hear how many miles you rack up in 2023. As a friendly reminder be sure to charge the battery at least once a month if the bike is not in use to keep it in good health. We also suggest keeping the battery in a dry location with a moderate temperature. Happy Riding!

Great Bike, I wish it came with a owners Manual. If you have one please e-mail @ sboorey@aol.com Thanks you, Scott Moorey

Peak T5

Great bike, has high quality components. Very sturdy bike with Great brakes, good suspension fork, large battery, decent display and nice headlight. Could use a rear light, one is available but only with a rack. Really should be standard as not everyone wants a rack on a mountain bike. The bike is geared such that it is very hard to get it up to full speed of 28mph. Would be nice if it was possible to take full advantage of speed but does get up to 25mph. Throttle is a great addition and works in any mode. Has mounts for bottle cage but they are on the top of the cross tube. Placing the cage there could be problematic for getting on and off. Bike came in great shape and mostly assembled. It was very easy to finish assembly. Only problem is that rear derailleur needs some adjustment as it will not stay in highest gear, other than that everything works great. Overall it is a great bike.

Store owner replied: Hi Michael, Awesome to hear you are enjoying your Peak T7. Thank you for your feedback, it's what keeps our minds churning to continue bettering our product lines. We are currently looking into a solution for a rear light without the need for a rack but could be some time. If you are looking for a solution we sell these lights at some of our retail stores. Bike is a bit large for a 5' 5" person. You website says it is good for 5'4" person and that needs to be revised.

Peak T7

Have had a little over 2 months and really enjoying it. Commute 42 miles round trip several day per week and ride the trails on the weekend. Bike handles all I throw at it. Had to modify handlebar stem for my 6'4" body but very comfortable with the modification. Magnum support has been great helping with different questions I have had and provided very complete assistance with issues I had. Searched many bikes and tried out several and definitely think I made the right choice.

Peak T7

Overall it’s a high quality, well built bike. It’s a little on the tall side for a 5/6 person and is awkward mounting but once on it everything is fine. Jumping off and on frequently on trails is a bit difficult as well. The power is great for a rear wheel hub and it looks great as well. Had to get a new bike rack as well so I don’t have to lift up anymore. Definitely enjoying riding again though.

Peak T7

I have a 2020 peak mountain bike with 24000 miles on it runs perfect still 5 or 6 sets of tires and brakes 3 times and they are both fairly easy to install battery went bad riding in heavy rains too often but it's pretty much bulletproof

Peak T5

Great product
