We have bought all of our Magnum Bikes from Kafe Racer in Dunedin FL. Awesome bikes, always perfect service, and routine maintenance done there. Our fourth bike will also be a Magnum from @Kafe_Racer! Hands down the best electric bike experience in Pinellas County.

Really, really like this bike. Battery for a full day. No issues. I've had many other bikes. over the years. None like this. It's a beast. I'm smaller - raced BMX back in it's infancy. So, I appreciate the 20" wheels and step through frame. It's so fun.
I love the solid feel of the Pathfinder, especially riding down the steep gravel hill where I live. The brakes can handle it and I have no skidding with the tires. At 18% grade I have to work to get back up the hill but with the pedal assist I can do it.
As a shorter person it was not easy to find a bike that fit me as comfortably and was so fun to ride.
Shortly after buying it I heard an intermittent knocking sound that took some time to diagnose and fix but Carly at customer service for Magnum was very helpful and always replied within a few hours. When she was away for a few days, Jace immediately took over and got back to me with helpful suggestions.
Carlos and Charles at Epic Cycle in Ottawa where I bought the bike were persistent as well and continued to work on the bike a few times until they solved the problem.
I was initially disappointed that I had to have something fixed right after purchase but also felt reassured that I’d bought from a good manufacturer and company as they were all immediately helpful and friendly.
Sandy is my favorite bike ever wish she went a little faster but she does the job and everytime I ride I'm always getting asked about her. Plus I've added so many things extra like reflective thin white walls, slame tubes and even foam tire liner I really love this bike so much. I've almost had it a year now and I use it for fun and transportation as well and this is my forth magnum bike and I'll say I'll buy another one again again and um....oh yeah!.. AGAIN!!! Plus the support staff / team is incredible 👏 🙌 yall all need a raise praise them magnum bikes is amazing one day I will meet the team at hq one day keep doing your thing guys killing it!
Purchased two Magnum Pathfinder bikes, one white and one green. We have ridden them on several gravel trails and bike paths. The mechanical gearing and electronic assist work well together so that each person can get a workout despite different levels of ability.
Initially, the white bike had an issue with the battery slot in that no battery would stay locked in. The local bike shop tried various batteries between the two bikes. The white bike wouldn't properly lock in any battery, the green bike locked in all batteries. Magnum told the local bike shop to swap out the white bike with a brand new bike. I have found no reference to any battery issues on the internet with Magnum, and find their instant customer service OUTSTANDING! Great product and a proud company who backs their product with actions.
What a Great Shop! CORA's Ebikes, in Richland is so inviting!
Helpful and fun to visit! My new Pathfinder is charging as I write this! They wanted me to test ride it!
Great Customer service! Great product!
This is one of the best gift I’ve bought for myself. Being a new mom, both my son and myself we love being outdoor. This bike literally perfect in every way!! I’m 5”3 and the size of this bike fit great, I can adjust up and down to have my feet touch the ground. The torques sensor make the bike feels so powerful but yet so smooth.
I still love and will rate it the best bike even with small details of issue that I am facing. The battery seem to be coming out very easy, if you don’t click it in right. I’m not sure what is the correct way.
Other than that it literally the full packages deal.
Store owner replied:
Hi Thuy,
Thanks for the kind words. Thanks for being a part of Magnum's Rider Community! We hope that you and your son will make lots of wonderful memories together on your Pathfinder T!
We will send you a video shortly of the best way to take your battery in and out of the frame.
Me on my new Pathfinder T, I really like it, although it is more strenuous to ride than my Nomad. It is an easy step through, whereas the Nomad I have to swing my leg over the seat, being over 80 it is a little harder than the step through. I have only ridden the Pathfinder about 20 miles, it seems to be very comfortable.
The Nomad is also very comfortable once on board, but is a reach to the pavement from the seat.
The service from Magnum bikes was great, I ordered the Pathfinder, 6 days later I was riding it, that is from UT to HI. Thanks, Magnum, and all the fine people there.
Gary
Because of unrelated issues, I have not fully been able to test the battery. Looking forward to a long bike ride later this month. But I love my Magnum ebike and hope the new battery gives it lots more years.
Took way too long from when I ordered until I received it. I ordered...waited 48+ hours before calling to finally see when it was going to be shipped. I did speak with a super nice person, who once I gave the order number they said they would go to the warehouse and make sure it went out. Sure enough, within an hour...I had received a notification that a label had been created. I am grateful to her...but it should not have taken me having to call. If it really takes over 2 days for you to fulfill and order than that is a good problem to have and I encourage you to staff accordingly. Then...there was a shipping delay. All in all, I missed the weather window for the trip I needed that battery for. Had it been processed immediately and shipped, I could have made it.
I love my Pathfinder 500! I bought mine at the Magnum store in St George, UT and received the best customer service after visiting other stores in the area. The owner ordered the color I wanted from Salt Lake and had it put together and ready for me with-in a week. My husband, myself and friends rode our electric bikes up Zions National Park. I was amazed at how well my bike did on the gradual climb to the top. I only used 1/3 of the battery on my total round trip from the town of Springdale.
We broke the display on my wife's ebike. The ordering process was simple on Magnum's website. The part arrived in just a few days and it was easy to install. Now she is back to riding and enjoying her bike.
Had problems about a year and a half after purchasing it. When I called support I was told the display module was faulty, but it was not under warranty. So, putting up with it for another year or so I decided to replace it, at $99.00. Well, it was delivered the other day and I installed it. Still the same problem. If I continue to have problems, or other problems manifest, I may very well replace my Pathfinder. However, it won't be with another Magnum bike. I am that unhappy with it right now.
I bought my magnum Pathfinder at 350 over a few years ago, And I haven’t been able to ride it except for the first summer because my child accidentally ripped the charger out of the battery instead of turning it to release, so I’ve had a hard time trying to get another battery, and I spoke to this woman named Shar who was literally so thorough, kind, funny, super informative and very helpful she was super dope. I officially have my new battery, It is installed and everything works great. I can officially ride my bike that I’ve had for probably at least three summers 🤦♀️ It’s honestly that type of customer service that will keep people coming back. I kind of want to recruit her to come work for me 🤭 I don’t usually do surveys, but I absolutely believe that she deserves acknowledgment. ( and a raise) Thank y’all Very much 😁
Replaced my original inner tubes due to them not holding air after I bought the bike from my local magnum dealer and so far no problems. My bike is riding better then ever.
Im bummed, I bought this e-bike 2 years ago, it has about 150km on it since new. I’m 6’2” and not a wimp, but since I bought this bike I have struggled removing the battery to charge. You have to hold the key open with one hand and try to pull up the heavy battery out of the compartment with the other. My wife’s $1000 bike from Costco made in China the battery pops up ready to remove at the turn of a key. Quite a bit better design than this one. Now because of the poor design I have dropped the battery from around 12” and it now needs replacing at about $850 Canadian. Unfortunately i cannot rate this bike other than bad because of this.
Mine only has 4 peddle assists and 7 gears . .the bike fell over on the ice with me on it due to the slick tires which by the way are hard to change when you get a flat..I don't like the aluminum chain which keeps falling off. The rearview mirror was made for a midget..it doesn't get near the range they said it would but I do weigh 220 lbs. It took a month to get a new display for it..I'm not very happy with it and will sell it and get me a ten speed style bike..in fact 3 stars was a generous rating considering its not even a year old
I have a magnum pathfinder that is easy and fun to ride. Unfortunately I stored it in an outbuilding and mice chewed through some of the connecting wires. (Who knew they were made of soy!) Where I am none of the bike shops I contacted would work on the bike so I called Magnum bikes. Luckily I reached Krysta, sent here pictures of the dammage and she was able to find a shop in my area that would do the repairs. She was also able to figure out which parts were needed and shipped them to me. She also made sure I got the best price available. Not only do I think I have the best bike but also the best customer service available! Thank you Krysta for saving my bike!
This is my third Magnum bike and I really enjoy your products.
However.......I just sent an email about the display on the bike.
On the last bike, Nomad, it had a very nice display. On this bike, Pathfinder T, it is so small that I
can not read it without great difficulty. I would like to change the display. Can this be done ?
As it is, the display is almost useless about 95% of the time.
