Great customer service!!
After trouble shooting with the support folks and deciding the controller was most likely the problem I ordered one and paid for expedited shipping. Controller showed up a day early and I replaced it in less than an hour. Including instructions for replacement would help for other DIY people.
Controller relatively easy to install. Had to drill out the screw hole a little in order to get the screw to line up with the hole. Bike is back to functioning correctly. Thank You

I had broken white wire the speedometer stopped working, I was told this controller would fix the problem. It did not and still have the problem that they don't know the issue of why the speedometer is not working. I have to take to bike shop per Magnum support.
No issues with ordering/delivery. Installed controller and e-bike is back up.
