Replacing my controller was pretty straight forward. However I did have a problem attaching the controller itself to the bike. The wires that connect to the battery were slightly different than on the original controller requiring me to grind away some of the frame to allow the controller to fit and to provide clearance for the wires. The bike operates normally after installation. One thing I do like about the new controller is the way the PAS plugs into it that will allow for removal/replacement of the PAS without replacing the controller.
It was difficult snaking the cable through the battery chase but I was happy to see you have added the new connectors to make replacement easier, if needed, in the future.

I have to bring the items to my local bike shop to get my Electric bike working again properly
The tech at Maqnum correctly identified the problem and the part we needed. We did not realize that the pedal would need to be removed and that a special tool would be required, which we discovered after receiving the part. I was able to find a couple of videos online showing the process. I think it would be helpful to have a video library which demonstrates how to these parts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------` replacements.
Disappointed in quality control. Had to replace a magnet in pedal sensor from old one to make it work.
The part arrived safely and quickly... and it works to a tee. My bike is up and running.
