After I ordered this charger I realized I already had one that I forgot about in our garage. After I received the charger I called Magnum and told them that after I ordered the charger I found my old one that still worked and that I did order the charger and would honor my order. Thankfully Magnum said it understood my issue and would be more than happy to have me return it for a full refund. I did not even open the box they had sent. Before I knew it Magnum emailed a shipping label for the return. This was a very nice gesture on part of the Magnum and I am very pleased with their customer service. I enjoy my Magnum bike and believe it is one of the best electronic bikes on the market today.
