I am about 250 lbs, I pedal in the higher gears. I understand that uses more battery energy but I got 20 miles on the last charge. It's a very expensive battery, I expected more distance on a charge.

Thanks for your support. I took my first ride today with the new battery and couldn't believe how great it performed. My original battery lasted many years and I kinda got used to charging it after every use etc etc. Today I came back after a seven mile ride and the charge was still great. Thank you, Jack By the way I'm 81 years old!

The customer service agent was very helpful. However, we bought our bikes in 2022 so, they are just three years old. My wife's battery is still solid. My just died so, I contacted Magnum, assuming the battery was warrantied. It was not and I was offered a fair discount but, the price should have never been full retail to begin with. As a happy customer, before this incident, the battery should have been under warranty, or swapped at shipping costs. The battery retail price is more than the bike itself and the original cost of the bike was not cheap. Customer loyalty is not a priority with Magnum. The two stars is for the agent who assisted me.
First battery received was damaged. After going through a rough process with customer service to claim a warranty for an item that we just received is bananas to me. I literally had to continue to ask for a supervisor or manager over and over and was told no one was around. Then when I asked to leave a message, there was no positive reply for that. Finally a manager came on the line and went through the process of getting the battery replaced. We do appreciate the problem was rectified right away and we are completely happy with the battery replacement 😊

Thank you! It's working as it should. I am looking for a left side mirror for the Magnum Touring. Could you send information on the left side mirror.
After having it forwarded to Panama to use, I charged it until charger light turned green . The battery will not turn on. No LEDs turn on does not work. Tried on 2 different bikes. This our second battery that arrived and does not work. $1200 down the toilet. I should have just bought a new bike here. Super broken hearted

The batteries work great with our peak and metro bikes. Just wish a charger was included with them.
Wonderful to have a new battery! Original one lasted over 7 years and literally thousands of miles, but go to the point of having to charge after just a couple of rides. So, great to have a brand new one with more amp-hours. After several long rides, still haven’t had to charge it! VERY HAPPY!!!!
