How Can We Help?

Your e-bike questions, answered.

How do I turn on my e-bike?

To power on your bike, press the power button located near the up and down arrows next to the throttle on the left side of the handlebar. To watch a video tutorial on powering up your e-bike, click here.

Your e-bike has two power buttons:

Battery Indicator Button: This larger button is located directly on the battery. It's used only to check the battery's charge level and doesn't turn on the bike.

Bike Power Button: This button turns on your e-bike. It's located on the display control module on the left handlebar, just below the DOWN button. To power up your bike:
- Find the pencil eraser-sized button

- Press and hold for 3-5 seconds

Cruiser vs Low Rider: Which e-bike is right for you?

Choose the Cruiser for a classic beach cruiser feel, or opt for the Low Rider if you prioritize easy on-and-off access. Both models deliver the same great performance and comfort for your e-biking adventures!

- Magnum Cruiser 2.0: Standard best-in-class electric beach cruiser design
- Low Rider 2.0: Features a step-through frame for easier mounting and dismounting

How far can I ride before needing to recharge?

The range you can achieve depends on factors such as your e-bike model, battery charge, and the terrain you're riding on. Both the Cruiser and Low Rider—similar to most Magnum bike models—can travel up to 50 miles or more on a single charge, which means most rides you’re covered.
