How Can We Help?
Your e-bike questions, answered.
What’s the difference between mid-drive and hub-drive?
Mid-drive e-bike motors, positioned near the pedals, excel at conquering hills and offering a natural pedaling feel by leveraging the bike's gears, making them a superior choice for riders who face challenging terrain, whereas hub-drive motors, integrated into the wheel hubs are less efficient for uphill rides and are better suited for flat terrain or city commuting.
How far can I ride?
The range you can achieve depends on factors such as your e-bike model, battery charge, and the terrain you're riding on. Many Magnum bike models can travel up to 50 miles or more on a single charge, which means most rides you’re covered. Going real far? Take an extra battery with you — it’s easy!
Where are Magnum’s designed?
