I'd just bought a new charger a few months ago in April and then needed the new battery in September. The new battery needed a 3-pin charger, so that was an added charge of I think $65. Aside from that, I love the bike. I've only had the new battery about 2 weeks; seems to be performing. Customer service is generally very good. Thank you Magnum!
