Display - Velofox UL (Metro S/X/750, Cruiser/Lowrider/Ranger 2.0, Peak T5/T7)

The replacement display works as expected. I had to replace the original as it was water damaged. It apears the new one is also not iP6 rated, which is unfortunate. I guess I will have to take greater care to bag it with plastic when it is wet out.

Your website does not show the product very well, specially pictures of the cables. I did call to get a better description of the item and asked for forms. The customer care team can use a bit of training on how to listen and take care of your customer. I received a poor explanation and no pictures. In return you asked for pictures which I sent plenty. When ordering the part it would be nice to know that OSS out of stock before it is ordered. After ordering it found out it was on back order. I never received any updates before receiving the part 1 month after ordering it. Not exactly the buying experience I was hoping for.
